What's in the bag at the moment? -
A Colombian single origin decaf that more than holds its own next to its caffeinated counterparts. This coffee is decaffeinated using a natural sugarcane process which helps to retain the coffee's natural flavour profile as much as possible. This results in a more complex, developed and fruitier cup than other decaffeinated processed coffee.
What really stood out to us is this coffee's bold flavour, we really wanted to produce a decaf that tastes just as good on the cupping table as the caffeinated coffees! Expect a moreish shortbread biscuit flavour, with a creamy, chocolatey body and a fruity, apricot finish.
