After sample roasting this coffee we knew we had to have it! It's the first coffee we've tried from East Timor and definitely not the last! Omni roasted for both espresso and filter, however we prefer think it tastes best as a filter brew.

For the best brewing method, we have found 14 grams of coffee with about 230 grams of water works the best. For espresso 19 grams of coffee with a 32-gram yield over 30 seconds.
