An incredibly well balanced Colombian coffee with notes of milk chocolate and white chocolate and cream tea with a complex fruity finish. 

This delicious coffee comes from the beautiful Satuario region in Northern Colombia. It's grown by Ricardo Castilla on his farm high up in the hills, called Montes del Tatama. Previously a mechanical engineer, Ricardo decided to move to the countryside and grow coffee, utilising his skill and attention to detail to yield the very best beans! From the beginning he wanted to differentiate his coffee through quality, implementing sustainable protocols in harvesting fermentation and drying.
