Our delicious house coffee is from Mió in Monte Santo De Minas, Brazil. These forward-thinking producers harness field data captured onsite to track and optimise their farming practices, keeping efficiency and sustainability at the forefront of their operation. This method of precision agriculture also helps to foster social and economic sustainability within the local community.
Expect a caramel sweetness, a nutty complexity and a moreish, balanced fruitiness.
We recommend this coffee for espresso based drinks but if you prefer a fuller bodied brew, alternative brew methods will work great!

We mostly made V60 pour overs with this coffee and it was so yummy! :)
I have discovered Elsewhere Coffee at this year London Coffee Festival where I bought a bag of Daydreamer after trying it out at the event. It quickly become one of my fav coffees and roasters in UK! Got another bag recently.
Smooth, full bodied and nutty. A lovely offeringat a good price. For a daily rotation or as a house roast for a cafe I dont think you can really go wrong
