This coffee is a regional blend from 9 single producer lots in Huila, Colombia, which is part of a UNESECO Biosphere Reserve. The soils here are extremely rich and fertile, hence the success of fantastic specialty coffee in the region. The limited sunlight in this locality creates a natural shade that encourages the accumulation of chemical precursors, which positively contribute to this delicious coffee’s flavour profile.
