FAQs
Still searching for an answer? Drop us a message at info@elsewherecoffee.co.uk and we'll point you in the right direction - no daydreaming required.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to roast, pack, and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, typically within 1 working day depending on your time of order, and standard delivery will take 2-5 working days to arrive.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help. Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do!
What if there's an issue with my order?
If anything isn't quite right, contact us at info@elsewherecoffee.co.uk with your order number and we'll work quickly to put it right.
How long should I rest my coffee?
Freshly roasted coffee is at its best after resting. As a guide, we recommend waiting 7-14 days from the roast date for espresso, while filter coffee can often be enjoyed after 5-10 days. Every coffee and brew set up is different, so don't be afraid to experiment and discover when it tastes best to you.
How should my coffee be ground?
For grinding help, please see the grind size guide on our product pages. Please note, every coffee and home brew set up is different, there are no 'one size fits all' grind sizes for pre-ground coffee options. Our grind sizes are tested on both commercial and home equioment in our roastery and may not work with your home setup.
Will my coffee be freshly roasted?
Yes. We roast all of our coffee to order, ensuring every bag arrives as fresh as possible.
