We recently popped over to our fellow South East London pals’ @banookbagels to have a lil chat with founders (and expert bagel crafters), Ash and Dave. Anyone who’s met this pair know they radiate a certain energy and passion for their craft that’s infectious. We're incredibly proud to supply the wonderful team at Banook, who’ve really built something special together.

Operating out of an off the beaten track post industrial unit near Peckham, the Banook team have made a name for themselves crafting some of the best bagels available in the UK (and we don’t say that lightly!) These bad boys are served open to let the delicious fillings do the talking, but in our humble opinion the bagels themselves are the real star of the show (having gobbled our way through quite a few now...)

Ash and Dave, along with their small team, hand-roll, boil, and bake their bagels with care; and by now, they’re well accustomed to the queues of eager punters lining up out the door for their holey creations.

They're doing awesome things, are proudly independent and deserve all the support you can give em, so swing by, grab a bagel or three and maybe even a coffee. We can't wait to see what these guys are cooking up in the coming months, but we know it's gonna be good.
