Step into the world of specialty coffee with a fully immersive 4 hour experience at our Deptford Roastery Showroom. This hands-on session is led by our very own Head of Coffee and is perfect for curious beginners and coffee enthusiasts alike.
You’ll be taken through the full journey of coffee: from sourcing and roasting the beans to brewing and tasting, building a clear picture of how flavour develops from farm to cup.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of what shapes different flavour profiles, with plenty of hands-on demos and insights. We’ll also dive into brewing techniques, and the craft that goes into every cup we serve at Elsewhere. You'll also get some hands on experience, exploring roast curves and sample roasting.
Enjoy guided tasting sessions throughout the start, sampling a range of coffees sourced from across the globe, while learning how to identify and appreciate different flavour notes. Along the way, we’ll take a historical journey through coffee, uncovering its rich global story through discussion and tastings.
