HOW TO BREW THIS COFFEE AT HOME
Consider this a map, not a destination. Wander off course. The best cup is one you dreamed up yourself...
Expect a beautifully balanced cup with bright, candy-like watermelon sweetness that remains elegant and refined, avoiding the overpowering intensity or ‘funk’ often associated with co-fermented coffees.
What impressed us most is how clean and seamlessly integrated the fruit character is. Rather than dominating the profile, the watermelon complements the coffee's natural sweetness, creating a cup that's crisp, refreshing, and remarkably easy to enjoy.
