Mió is the farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil where our house coffee, Daydreamer is grown. We witnessed first-hand the true precision and care poured into every stage of production, from the careful harvesting, drying and sorting of the cherries through to the thorough post harvest processes.

For those who know the team at Mió, it’s clear how deeply they’re rooted in the land and how much love, care and respect they hold for the environment that makes their incredible work possible. Experiencing this connection with Carlos, Ana and the rest of the team was inspiring, humbling and even moving at times! (Not to mention the abundance of friendly dogs we had the pleasure of hanging out with…)

It’s safe to say that this was an unforgettable experience that not only connected us more deeply to the coffee we roast and serve but also to the people and land that make it all possible. We have soo much exciting stuff planned with the team at Mió in the coming months and we can’t wait to take you all along for the ride 🚗
