TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the Daydreamer Brazil Competition (the “Competition”), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Elsewhere Coffee Ltd, their immediate families, agents, suppliers and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.

The winner and their guest must hold, or be able to obtain in sufficient time, a valid passport and any visa, entry authorisation, vaccination certificate or other documentation required for travel to Brazil or any country through which they transit.

The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they are legally and medically able to travel to Brazil.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens on 28 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 28 September 2026 (the “Competition Period”).

Qualifying purchases must be made during the Competition Period.

Free postal entries must be received by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd by the closing date.

Entries or qualifying purchases made outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter – Purchase Route

Entrants may enter the Competition by purchasing a qualifying Elsewhere Coffee Daydreamer coffee product during the Competition Period.

The qualifying products and number of entries awarded are:

Daydreamer – 200g bag: 1 entry
Daydreamer – 1kg bag: 6 entries

Entries are awarded per qualifying bag purchased.

For example, purchasing two 200g bags provides 2 entries, while purchasing two 1kg bags provides 12 entries.

Qualifying purchases must be made between 28 August 2026 and 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 28 September 2026.

Entrants should retain their order confirmation, receipt or other proof of purchase. Elsewhere Coffee Ltd may request reasonable proof of a qualifying purchase before confirming a winner.

If a qualifying order is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise not completed, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd reserves the right to invalidate any Competition entries associated with that purchase.

Each valid entry generated through a qualifying purchase will be entered separately into the prize draw.

5. Free Postal Entry – No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

Eligible UK residents may enter without making a purchase by sending their:

Full name;
Postal address;
Email address; and
Telephone number

on a postcard or in a letter to:

Postal entries must carry the correct postage and must be received by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd no later than 11:59pm on Monday 28 September 2026.

Entrants are responsible for the ordinary cost of postage.

Each valid postal entry will receive six (6) entries into the prize draw.

Only one postal entry may be submitted per separately posted and correctly stamped envelope or postcard. Multiple postal entries enclosed together will be treated as one postal entry and will therefore receive six (6) entries into the prize draw.

Entrants may submit multiple postal entries, provided that each postal entry is submitted separately, carries the correct postage and otherwise complies with these Terms & Conditions.

Valid postal entries will be included in the same random prize draw as entries generated through qualifying purchases.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd accepts no responsibility for postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, insufficiently stamped or otherwise not received by the closing date.

6. The Prize

There will be one winner.

The prize is a trip to Brazil for the winner and one guest.

The prize includes only:

Return economy flights for the winner and one guest from a London airport selected by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd to Brazil;
Three nights’ accommodation for the winner and one guest at a coffee farm selected by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd;
Return ground transportation in Brazil between the relevant Brazilian airport and the coffee farm only; and
Basic meals provided at the coffee farm during the three-night farm stay.

The return ground transportation comprises transportation from the relevant Brazilian arrival airport to the coffee farm following arrival and transportation from the coffee farm back to the relevant Brazilian departure airport for the return flight.

No other ground transportation in Brazil is included unless expressly confirmed by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd as part of the official prize itinerary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, meals, drinks and refreshments outside those provided as part of the farm stay are not included.

The exact airline, London departure airport, Brazilian airport, flight times, routes, accommodation, coffee farm, itinerary, transportation and meal arrangements will be selected and arranged by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd and/or its travel partners.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

7. What Is Not Included

Unless expressly stated as included in Section 6, all costs, expenses and arrangements associated with the trip are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

This includes, without limitation:

Travel insurance;
Passports;
Visas and entry authorisations;
Vaccinations and other health requirements;
Medical treatment and medical expenses;
Travel to and from the London departure airport;
Accommodation other than the three nights expressly included;
Meals, drinks and refreshments other than the basic meals expressly provided at the coffee farm;
Spending money;
Personal expenses;
Baggage charges not included with the flights;
Telephone, roaming and data charges;
Excursions and activities not expressly included;
Taxis, car hire, public transport, private transfers or other transportation not expressly included;
Tips;
Additional or replacement travel;
Costs resulting from delays, cancellations or missed connections; and
Any other costs or expenses not expressly stated as being included in the prize.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd is under no obligation to reimburse the winner or their guest for any such costs, except where required by law.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will not be provided or paid for by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd.

The winner and their guest are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate and adequate travel insurance for the entire trip.

Insurance should, as appropriate to the traveller and trip, cover matters including medical treatment, emergency evacuation and repatriation, cancellation, flight disruption, missed connections, loss or theft of belongings and activities undertaken during the trip.

The winner and their guest travel at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that the insurance they obtain is suitable for their individual circumstances and the activities they undertake.

9. Passports, Visas, Health and Entry Requirements

The winner and their guest are solely responsible for ensuring that they satisfy all passport, visa, immigration, customs, health, vaccination and other entry or travel requirements applicable to Brazil and any country through which they transit.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd is not responsible for obtaining or paying for passports, visas, vaccinations, health certificates or other documentation.

Failure to obtain the necessary documentation, permissions or insurance will not entitle the winner or their guest to an alternative prize, alternative travel dates, refund or cash compensation.

The winner and their guest are responsible for checking the applicable official travel and entry requirements before travelling.

10. Travel Dates and Availability

The prize trip is currently scheduled to take place between 24 May 2027 and 30 May 2027.

The winner and their guest must be available and able to travel during this period in order for the winner to accept the prize.

If the selected winner is unable to travel during the specified period, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative eligible winner.

No cash payment, alternative prize or alternative travel dates will be offered solely because the winner or their guest is unavailable to travel.

The travel dates of 24 May 2027 to 30 May 2027 are subject to change where reasonably necessary.

This may include changes arising from flight schedules, airline availability, coffee farm or accommodation availability, operational requirements, safety considerations, government restrictions, weather, events outside Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s reasonable control, or changes made by airlines, accommodation providers or other third-party suppliers.

If the travel dates need to change, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd will give the winner as much notice as reasonably practicable.

The winner and their guest should not make non-refundable personal arrangements connected with the trip until the travel arrangements have been confirmed by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd.

11. Flights, Delays and Cancellations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd is not responsible for any flight delay, cancellation, diversion, missed connection, schedule change, denied boarding, baggage delay or loss, or other disruption caused by an airline, airport, transport provider or other third party.

Any claim or request for compensation arising from an airline’s delay, cancellation or other failure should be pursued directly with the relevant airline or travel provider where applicable.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd will not be responsible for additional accommodation, meals, replacement flights, alternative transportation, personal expenses or other costs incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of a flight delay, cancellation or other travel disruption, except where Elsewhere Coffee Ltd is legally required to bear such costs.

Where flights or other elements of the prize are cancelled or materially changed due to circumstances outside Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s reasonable control, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd will use reasonable efforts to facilitate any alternatives or remedies made available by the relevant travel provider but cannot guarantee replacement travel, alternative dates, refunds or compensation.

12. Third-Party Travel Providers

Airlines, airports, accommodation providers, ground transportation providers, the coffee farm and other suppliers involved in providing the trip are independent third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, failures or conduct of these independent third parties.

The winner and their guest must comply with the terms, conditions, safety requirements and reasonable instructions of airlines, accommodation providers, transportation providers, the coffee farm and other relevant suppliers.

13. Activities and Personal Safety

Travel and participation in activities involve inherent risks.

The winner and their guest are responsible for determining whether they are fit, healthy and able to undertake the trip and participate in any activities forming part of the itinerary.

Participation in any activity is undertaken at the winner’s and guest’s own risk, subject to any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

The winner and their guest are responsible for their own conduct and personal safety throughout the trip.

14. Liability

The prize provided by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd is limited to the flights, three nights’ farm accommodation, specified return airport-to-farm ground transportation and basic farm meals expressly stated as being included in these Terms & Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, delay, cancellation, disruption, expense, inconvenience or other consequence suffered or incurred by the winner or their guest in connection with accepting, travelling on or participating in the prize trip where this results from circumstances outside Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of third parties.

This includes, without limitation, matters arising in connection with airlines, airports, flights, missed connections, baggage, accommodation providers, transportation providers, the coffee farm, excursions or activities, weather, natural events, industrial action, government action, border or immigration requirements, illness, medical treatment, accidents, theft, loss of personal property or other travel disruption.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd will not be responsible for reimbursing additional expenses incurred by the winner or their guest as a result of delays, cancellations, missed flights or connections, itinerary changes, illness, failure to travel, failure to obtain appropriate documentation, or circumstances outside Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to the Prize

Where reasonably necessary, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd reserves the right to change the dates, itinerary, airline, airport, accommodation, coffee farm, transportation arrangements, meals or other elements of the prize.

Where an element of the prize becomes unavailable, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd may substitute it with a reasonable alternative.

No cash alternative will be provided except where required by law.

16. Winner Selection and Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place on 30 September 2026.

One winner will be selected at random using a computer process from all valid entries received through the qualifying purchase route and free postal entry route.

Each valid entry will be entered separately into the draw. For the avoidance of doubt, each qualifying 200g Daydreamer bag generates one entry, each qualifying 1kg Daydreamer bag generates six entries, and each valid postal entry generates six entries.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s decision regarding the administration of the Competition and eligibility of entries is final, subject to applicable law.

17. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their entry within two days of the prize draw.

The winner must respond to Elsewhere Coffee Ltd within three working days of the first winner notification and provide any information reasonably requested by Elsewhere Coffee Ltd to verify their eligibility and arrange the prize.

If the winner:

Does not respond within three working days;
Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
Is found to be ineligible;
Cannot provide reasonable evidence of a qualifying entry where requested;
Cannot travel during the required travel period;
Cannot satisfy applicable travel or entry requirements; or
Otherwise cannot accept the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions,

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

18. Winner Announcement and Publicity

The winner’s name will be publicly announced on the Elsewhere Coffee website and Elsewhere Coffee’s social media channels following confirmation and acceptance of the prize.

By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the winner’s name may be published for the purpose of announcing and administering the Competition.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd may also ask the winner and their guest to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Competition and the Brazil trip.

Any additional use of the winner’s or guest’s image, video, testimonial or other content for advertising or promotional purposes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and any permissions required.

19. Guest

The prize includes travel for the winner and one guest.

The guest must be 18 years of age or over and must satisfy all applicable passport, visa, immigration, health, insurance and travel requirements.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that their guest understands and complies with the relevant provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

The winner and guest must travel together using the flights and travel arrangements made as part of the prize unless Elsewhere Coffee Ltd expressly agrees otherwise.

The guest cannot exchange their place on the trip for cash or any other benefit.

If the winner’s chosen guest becomes unable to travel, any replacement guest will be subject to Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s reasonable approval and to the ability of the relevant airlines and travel providers to change the booking. Any additional costs arising from a winner-requested change of guest will be the winner’s responsibility.

20. Conduct

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse participation in any part of the trip or withdraw an element of the prize if the winner or their guest behaves in a manner that is dangerous, abusive, unlawful, seriously disruptive or likely to cause harm to another person or significant damage to property.

The winner and their guest will be responsible for costs or liabilities arising from their own unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

21. Disqualification

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd may reject or disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that an entrant has:

Breached these Terms & Conditions;
Provided false or misleading information;
Attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Competition;
Used automated, fraudulent or otherwise unfair methods of entry; or
Otherwise acted fraudulently or dishonestly in connection with the Competition.

22. Personal Data

Personal information supplied in connection with the Competition will be processed for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying entries, contacting and announcing the winner, and arranging the prize.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s privacy policy.

Where reasonably necessary to arrange the prize, relevant personal information relating to the winner and their guest may be provided to airlines, travel providers, accommodation providers, the coffee farm and other suppliers involved in fulfilling the prize, including suppliers located outside the United Kingdom.

23. Suspension, Amendment or Cancellation

If circumstances outside Elsewhere Coffee Ltd’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, Elsewhere Coffee Ltd may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition or make reasonable changes to the prize, provided that it acts fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Elsewhere Coffee Ltd will endeavour to minimise any adverse effect on entrants where reasonably practicable.

24. General

The prize may not be sold, auctioned or otherwise commercially transferred.

Once travel arrangements have been confirmed, changes requested by the winner may not be possible. Where a change requested by the winner is possible, any additional costs arising from that change will be the winner’s responsibility.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects an entrant’s statutory rights.
