Tastes like: Cherry, Milk Chocolate, Caramel

We've teamed up for the second time with food writer and fellow South East London local, Ben Lippett (@dinnerbyben) to bring you another knock-out brew.

As we rapidly (and reluctantly) descend into the cooler months, this brew will be there to firmly hold your hand!

It’s warming, it’s chocolatey, it’s a hug in a mug. We’ve been enjoying this one on espresso and it pairs wonderfully with milk. This is a limited release so get it in yaa.

ORIGIN: El Molino, Ahuachapan, El Salvador

ALTITUDE: 1300-1700m

VARIETAL: Bourbon + Pacas

PROCESS: Natural

Origin

We blind cupped (tasted) a bunch of coffees with Ben Lippett and selected this beautifully balanced Natural process El Salvador together. This coffee will shine across every modern brew method, and be just as delicious pulled on your home espresso machine as it will be carefully brewed by hand as a pour-over. You can expect notes of rich black cherry and light apricot with a warming honey sweetness.

This coffee, the ‘Buena Vista microlot’ comes from a plot at the top of the family run Molino farm, named rather straightforwardly for the beautiful view that opens up there, high in the paneca Ilamatepec mountain range.
