Since our inception almost a decade ago, we have worked continuously to build strong relationships with some of the best coffee growers, cooperatives and producer groups in each coffee growing region around the world.

We are blessed to be working with highly knowledgeable, passionate coffee farmers and cooperatives across Central and South America, Africa and Asia, who provide us the opportunity to purchase the world’s finest coffees.

All of our coffees are ethically traded and sourced from individual farms or small cooperatives. Each lot of coffee we buy is traceable down to farm level, and where possible our preference is to purchase organically grown coffees.

Our expert green coffee buying and quality control team work tirelessly to ensure every bag of green coffee that arrives at the roastery conforms to our strict exceptional quality and taste requirements. After cupping hundreds of samples throughout the year, only the very finest and most suitable are selected for our blends.

For us, coffee quality is more than just the flavour in the cup: Environmental and social sustainability stand at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to reducing our negative impact on the earth and supporting the communities that took part in the production process.
