This estate collection microlot comes from Gatta Daye Bensa, in the highlands of Shantawene Village, Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia.

The trees are grown high above sea level in a landscape of ancient indigenous forestry and beautiful flowing rivers. This honey process JARC 74158 lot reflects the region’s terroir through outstanding bean quality and careful processing at Gatta. With a cup score of 89-92+, this brew is a true reflection of everything Sidama is celebrated for.

Expect notes of sweet blood orange and delicate spices with a silky smooth body. The perfect daily driver for cosy days!
