This coffee is sourced from the beautiful mountains of southern Huila, Colombia, where San Agustín’s farmers cultivate exceptional coffees at 1,750 meters above sea level.
A UNESCO World Heritage site, the region is rich in both coffee growing history and fertile soil. Varieties like Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo thrive here, grown in harmony with surrounding forests. Through both tradition and innovation, producers here craft coffees that capture the land’s vibrant flavours. These beans are co-fermented anaerobically for 5 days with dehydrated strawberries, before being dried mechanically over 10 days and stabilised for 5 more, creating a cup that’s bold, sweet, and uniquely fruity.
