First tasted the daydreamer coffee in my local SOS coffee shop. Have ordered multiple bags of coffee for my son in law who’s a massive coffee fan. He loves it!
Really good course.
It covered coffee cupping, recognising the wide range of flavours of coffee, the impact of different processing methods on coffee tasting, how to pull the perfect espresso shot and a little bit about latte art.
It would have been good if we could get more hands on time practicing latte art and dialing in.
