Such a lovely beans, smooth, not bitter, medium bodied with pleasant aftertaste. My new daily go-to for espresso

Loved it, couldn't taste the difference! Its nice to be able to substitute a decaf cup in my day to avoid overloading with caffeine. This bean as a pour over tastes fantastic 👌. Hits the the spot, without hitting the spot if you get my drift. Interesting name for those old enough to remember a tv show of the same name.

Really good course.
It covered coffee cupping, recognising the wide range of flavours of coffee, the impact of different processing methods on coffee tasting, how to pull the perfect espresso shot and a little bit about latte art.

It would have been good if we could get more hands on time practicing latte art and dialing in.
